We launched our company, Your Homeowner Helpers, to reinstate the quality service and trustworthiness that is sometimes lacking in the home buying world. Selling a home can be a daunting task, especially within these modern markets. It's a challenge to determine who to trust with your largest asset and how to weigh all the options. Our approach is to focus our efforts and energy on helping the homeowner, listening to their needs, and building a relationship that is based on trust and results.
Use the contact page to introduce yourself and tell us about how we can help. From there, we will reply quickly to schedule a time to perform our no-obligation home review. We take your privacy seriously and we will never share any of your information with 3rd parties. At the home review, one of the company owners will perform a brief walk-through of your home to check the major systems and condition of your home. We will use the results of the walk-through to prepare our purchase-offer. We will discuss with you if there are any packages you would like and if there are any other concerns or questions we may be able to address with you. Typically, we will give you an offer within 24 hours or less on your home.
Should you decide to move forward with our offer, rest assured that we will continue to be accommodating throughout the closing process. We will schedule the closing to be convenient for you and we will never waste your time by entering into a deal without having 100% of the funds available to close. We are self-funded so we never have delays caused by lenders. Most closings can be executed within 2 to 3 weeks if the homeowner would like to close fast.
Most of the homes we buy will be renovated and marketed to first-time home buyers. There is a shortage of quality, affordable homes that are available to first time buyers. We seek to change that by helping new homeowners attain revitalized properties in great neighborhoods and communities.

Mark was born and raised in central MA. He still calls central MA home with his wife and son. Mark has owned and operated his own small businesses since the age of 21. More recently, in 2016, Mark set out on a journey of becoming a fully licensed and insured general contractor to manage his own renovations commercially and residentially. Mark actively invests in real estate and local small businesses. He believes in the long term power of building trusting relationships through quality customer service, effective communication and honest business ethics.
